As the principals Jason and Roger have a wide range of management experience. Jason was employed in the UK as a General Store Manager having 18 years experience with the Do-it-All / Focus DIY Group where his primary responsibilities included the development and delivery of Group management Reporting Systems and the Training and Development of management Teams. He moved, with his family, to Cyprus in 2006, where he held a responsible management role with Bouygues-Batiment International, being heavily involved in the construction of the new Larnaka Airport. He is now focused on further developing Crystal Property Management. Roger was employed by the RBS/NatWest Group in a wide variety of roles in the West Midlands, North Yorkshire and the North East of England. His final role before leaving the bank in January 2000 was as a Senior Corporate Manager based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He spent the next 5 years in a Consultancy / Project Management role delivering Government Financed Grant Schemes into the public sector. Prior to finally retiring he was Director of Finance for a large Architectural Practice introducing effective Financial Controls and Management Accounting systems. Roger moved, with his wife, to Cyprus early in 2007 when he became involved, with Jason, in the establishment of Crystal Property Management. We look forward to working closely with our customers in developing and delivering a competent and professional service.
