Crystal Property management has been established in Cyprus since 2007. To date it has focused on cleaning and general
maintenance for a variety of properties and pools ranging from the management of the larger complex to cleaning small
private houses.
We are keen to develop the business but at our own pace and only when we are working with customers where we have
empathy and share common objectives.
Our expertise to date lies in the management of complexes where the Management Committee are looking to introduce
a level of expertise and experience to relieve them of the burden that ‘in house’ management brings.
We differentiate ourselves from larger operations by only charging modest management fees over and above the cost of
fairly priced individual services. We take pride in the quality of the services we deliver and value customer satisfaction.
We offer a very personal, hands on service and only use outside labour where there is a specific specialist requirement.
We draw on a small circle of trusted tradesmen to help out in these situations and they are fully on board with the need
to provide competitively priced services.
